Many thanks to you and your staff for the exceptional value and service you provided our clients, Dave and Tanya. They saved more than $7,500.00 in financing costs by using our “wholesale loan” program through Rate One, Inc. They were certainly impressed that you actually delivered exactly what was promised, with no surprises. In fact, our total HUD-1 Settlement Statement costs were within $12.00 of our original budgeted amount!

I have spent 25 years lining up a small "stable" of local lenders.
Dawn is able to out-perform all of them in virtually all instances, in all
respects.
In addition, she will accommodate my preferred practice of having appraisals
done "Blind" by "my Appraiser" whenever there is a reason to do so, thereby
avoiding the expense to my client of a second, rubber-stamp loan appraisal.

Greetings fellow NAEBA members,

Yesterday I had the good fortune to participate in my first closing involving Dawn Davis and her staff at Rate One Mortgage.

My client's decision to use Dawn and Rate One was an easy one. They consistently offer the lowest fees, the lowest rates, and, I am happy to report, excellent service.
